Swelling, pitting edema, moderate hyperemia along posterior edge mastoid process recorded 5 (29.4%) hyperemia, significant tenderness on palpation tip examination using an interdisciplinary approach. CT MRI contrast performed suspected complication thrombosis. Various types defects sigmoid passage contrast. underwent emergency surgical interventions prescribed antibacterial anticoagulant therapy. discharged recovered, revealed complete recanalization vessels. Conclusions: 12.6% Untimely visit doctor uncontrolled self-treatment, insufficient alertness most common causes An approach allows reduce risk septic complications, adverse outcomes achieve recovery.
